Episode 45: Kj opens this episode by explaining what marks the beginning of this holiday season and a “pal plug” before welcoming back Karen Mittelstadt as the Midwest Guest Co-host of the day (3:37)! Karen recaps her Thanksgiving gathering/meal plus the increase in meal cost this year. They go off on a true Speaking of Tangents tangent about tipping etiquette. They also review Twitter Talk and answer listener questions. Later, Karen plays Midwest Mediator (52:19). Then, it’s time for the Taste Test with the Hall of Famer (59:00)! They test beers sent in by Bob Walsh...thank you, Bob! Plus, they review their Thanksgiving holiday.  Lots of food talk this episode, so listen on a full stomach! A good (central) time was had by all!
